Philosophy of the Centre
- To provide a quality and culturally sensitive daycare for newcomer children.
- To ensure the safety and well being of each child.
- To provide enrichment programs to help children during their transition of relocation to a new country.
- To help newcomer children acquire the skills needed to fully integrate into the Canadian school system when that time arrives.
- To keep with the objectives and mandate of the Moose Jaw Multicultural Council.
Daycare Enrollment
At this time the Moose Jaw Multicultural Coucil Daycare is accepting new children. If you would like to know more about our daycare facility please call 693.4677.
Enrollment in the Moose Jaw Multicultural Council Daycare
will be given to recently arrived newcomers parents that are attending the Language Instruction
for Newcomers to Canada classes.
Other newcomers interested in enrolling their children in the daycare may be placed on a waitlist. The waitlist will be taken on a first come first serve basis.
Newcomers are defined as a person who came to Canada as refugee or immigrant.
Payment of Fees
Effective February 1, 2008 fees are as follows:
